Halos frames are made with Beta-Titanium, one of the strongest and lightest materials known to man. Titanium is used in the construction of today's modern fighter jets, the space shuttle; even the latest sports gear like golf clubs and climbing equipment. Beta-Titanium enables Halos to be almost weightless on your face, yet able to withstand the challenges of physical use over long periods of time. Beta-Titanium is hypoallergenic, while sunglasses made of other metals can react with the acids in your skin and cause painful irritation, red skin breakouts, and allergic reactions

Polarized Polycarbonate Lenses

Halos sunglass lenses block 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays from the sun. They are made of shatter and impact resistant polycarbonate, the lightest and strongest lens material available. Polycarbonate is required to be worn by all police and fireman who must wear glasses. You can find polycarbonate in all safety glasses and even in banks as bulletproof glass!

Halos lenses are polarized and have a flash mirror coating for even greater protection. Halos totally eliminate reflected glare, allowing you to see clearly in front of you without annoying reflections. For example, skiers can easily see the slope in front of them without the glare of the sun on the ground, or a fisherman can actually see into the water and through to the bottom without reflections off the surface!

Silicone Nose Pads

The custom-comfort nose pads are made of silicone, which resists slipping, sliding, and irritation. Unlike most pads, which slide all over the place, when these pads get moist from perspiration, or oily from your skin, your Halos glasses will stay firmly in place. The lightweight frame of Halos, combined with the comfortable silicone nose pads, prevents those painful and annoying marks on your nose, even after hours of contiuous wear.

Microfiber Cleaning Cloth and Designer Clamshell Case

Microfiber is the most effective and safest material to clean Halos' special lenses, and a special Halos microfiber cleaning cloth is included with each pair.

Protect your Halos by always keeping them in the provided designer case when not in use. Never put them in a pocket or throw them in a purse. While they are made with titanium, the frames and lenses should always be treated with care
